These Terms of Use for Buyers ("Terms") explain the rules that apply when you browse, order, or purchase products on the PastaeBasta platform (http://pastaebst.com/).

The platform is operated by Portalio S.R.L., Via XX Settembre 5, 24041 Brembate (BG), Italy, VAT IT04842640163 ("Company", "we").

By placing an order or using checkout features, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO

These Terms apply to buyers and customers who:

Browse product collections and merch
Place orders for T-shirts, sticker packs, or other products
Pay for orders through available payment methods

If you also upload photos or participate as a creator, the Terms of Use | Creator and Licensing Agreement also apply to those activities.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Products shown on the platform may include:

City and basic T-shirt collections
Sticker packs and other accessories

Availability, sizes, colors, and prices may change.

We may limit quantities per order.

An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed and you receive confirmation.

3. ORDERS AND PRICES

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where stated.

Delivery fees may apply unless free shipping thresholds are met.

By submitting an order you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
You accept these Terms and the Refund Policy

4. PAYMENT

We may offer payment via card, digital wallets, or crypto providers (for example Revolut, CoinsPaid, Binance Pay), depending on availability.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

If payment fails or is cancelled, the order may not be processed.

5. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination and logistics partners.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Risk of loss passes according to applicable shipping terms once the order is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, branding, text, graphics, and software on the platform belong to the Company or its licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or trademark rights.

You may not copy, resell designs as digital assets, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

Abuse checkout, payment, or discount systems
Provide false contact or shipping details
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

9. PERSONAL DATA

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform and products are provided with reasonable care.
