Licensing Agreement

This Photographer Licensing Agreement ('Agreement') is a binding contract between you ('Photographer', 'Creator', 'You') and Portalio S.R.L. ('Company', 'We'). It governs the rights and obligations regarding any visual content (photos, images) you upload to the PastaeBasta Platform.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

By uploading a photo, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license for a period of 3 years (renewable) to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your photo for commercial products, marketing, and platform UI.

2. OWNERSHIP

You retain full copyright ownership of your work. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

3. REVENUE SHARE

If your photo is selected for a commercial product (e.g., T-shirt), you are entitled to a 10% royalty on net sales, as calculated by the Company. Payments are made periodically through the methods specified in your account.

4. REPRESENTATIONS

You represent that you are the sole author of the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).

By uploading content, you acknowledge this Licensing Agreement.
